Here's a Friendship Day pasta recipe that's yummy! It takes just 30 minutes to prepare. Treat your friends and loved ones with this tasty dish on Friendship Day.

Angel Hair Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Cooking Time:15 mins.

You Will Need: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 pounds tomatoes, cored and chopped
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Angel Hair Pasta(Or any pasta you like) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Process: In a large skillet, heat oil in medium-low heat. Add garlic and saute for around 3 minutes. Do not make it brown. Transfer this to a large aluminum bowl. Now mix chopped tomatoes, red wine vinegar, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Set aside and and chill.
Now, prepare pasta according to the instructions provided on the packet and drain properly. Then add sauce and toss until the pasta gets evenly coated. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
